Refund policy

At Aipan Vatika, every product is handmade with love and care. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or personalized products
• Made-to-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

• Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
